Sorry, y'all. Ten replies and no mud-throwing fest? What is this? Airliners.net? Unreal!!!

Where's GL? To the rescue!!!

I LUV SWA!

Bye Bye---General Lee

Thanks Howard,

The agents were the rock stars. I was on a leisure trip and it was tight and they laid out options for me checking ways to get there.

I wish I could say the same about our agents (rolling eyes)....sorry

I've seen the good and bad with the agents at DL. I too think they are improving.

I once had an agent tell px the flight was closed out and then after they were gone put me on. I think she wanted to get the main door closed ASAP and I was already listed correctly while the passengers were not.

Many thanks and always glad when we can help.

I've had to commute exclusively on DAL for the past 6 months since SWA shut down my commute to ATL. It seems to me that the Agents are much better than they used to be, even in the dreaded ATL. In fact, every one has been great.

True story- I even had a DAL F/A offer to take a later flight, so that a DAL Capt could ride the F/A jumpseat, and I could ride in the cockpit!

Of course, being the suave and deboner gentleman I am, I declined her generous offer to leave her in the dirt. . . . She listed standby for a cabin seat, got the last one, the Capt rode the F/A jump, and I sat up front. Outstanding all around!

I've been very impressed with the "new' Delta.

De-boning is embarrassing and an unfortunate reminder that time marches on, even for virile trannies.

We may charge for bags, but the 404 attitude is FREE!!
=)

What's to hate about this thread-
I'd like to think a common theme in this industry is taking care of our industry own on travel

Maybe why that usair captain's getting his ass handed to him for denying AA jumpers-
