Thanks to the NWA captain who gave up his first class seat to sit in the FA jumpseat from PDX-MSP yesterday afternoon. I appreciate being able to get home to my family. I have only run into top notch people in my commute, everyone from the flight crews to NWA commuters have done everything they can so I can get home or to work. It makes a long commute a little easier.

Thanks

and another

Thanks to the NWA captain who not only placed me (a jumpseater) in first class, but also my wife and daughter who were flying "super saver" in the back. You guys definitely are classy! GF

I have to agree that the NWA pilots have gone out of their way on many occasions to help me get to work when they really didn't have a reason to. Seeing that kind of compassion, empathy and respect keeps me in aviation. Thank you NWA pilots. I will treat other jumpseaters the same way.

I end up on NWA at least twice a month from Seattle to Honolulu and they are always the best. If there is a seat open in first, my butt is in it. If there is a seat in the back, it's always an exit row. If I'm stuck in the cockpit (which i've been a lot lately) then I always end up with 'the extra' crew meal and better service than if I was in the back. You guys at NW really are great to us Jumpseaters! Thank you for you incredible hospitality! My favorite mix is the Detroit cockpit crew and the Seattle FAs.....Many Mahalos!

Yeah, i have had a lot more good experiences with NWA people than bad.....i wish it was more fun to talk about the good ones than the bad, then we would hear more about the good. I want to thank the NWA gate agent in Fargo who did his all to fix a ticketing messup with my moms ticket. truely a class act, and knowing how they are being pressed and have great chances at losing their jobs.

I've had senior NWA pilots give up the cockpit jumpseat and use the FA jumpseat so i can get to work. As piised off as those guys have a right to be they are quite graceful to fellow pilots....

When I was with the fracs, I flew on NWA alot (paper ticket). The gate agents all the way to the crew would make sure they let me sit in first class without me doing a thing! Thanks, NWA!
