I'd like to extend my gratitiude to all you Frontier guys for getting CAAS approved. I commute on you guys a lot. You have great service and your people always have a great attitude.

There is going to be some inconsistency in the gate’s knowledge of and ability to process pilots under CASS in the beginning. Currently LAS, MCO, PHL, and SEA stations aren’t participating due to IT limitations. I don’t know when they’ll be on line.

I used it for the first time last night (PHX to DEN). The gate agents actually seemed excited and asked if they could put my name through CAAS. They said I was their first one and they wanted the practice. They had to follow an instruction sheet, but it ended up working as advertised. Then we prceeded to laugh heartily at my picture on the monitor. Like I said, great bunch of guys.

Amen brother!!!!

Ya'll at Frontier have treated me like your own. I am in debt to ya'll and hope I can buy you some good brews on an overnight.

Take care and fly safe,

CB

To the guys and gals at American (especially if you are the one we left behind today :( ).

Apparently the good folks at DFW are having some difficulties getting AA pilots on through CASS. A report has been submitted, so hopefully we will get it rectified soon.

THEY PULL UP YOUR PICTURE?!?!?!? I have never used CAAS, and now i probably will not...I am sure they will be frickin' rollin on the floor when they see a shot of me, heck they already do every time i walk the gates anyway...

I just non-rev'ed on Frontier from MCI to DEN and was I ever impressed with Frontiers professionalism. The flight we wanted to take was delayed for over an hour due to maintenance. Myself and another flight attendent (we both work for other companies) walked off to the next available flight (with another company) after we heard it may be a while before the Frontier flight would be able to go. Apparently just after we left the security area of the gate their flight was suddenly ready to go and their First Officer went running down the airport just to let us know we could board after all. I really appreciate that he went out of his way to help us out. Frontier is one class act!

I have non-reved on Frontier before and have been very impressed. Whenever someone I know is looking for a ticket or asked me about airlines (since I am some kind of expert on these things to them) I always put a word in for Frontier. I hope the best for you guys.

Hey does anyone know if CASS is available at Horizon Frontier flights. I am commuting from DEn to FAT. Appreciate the info.

I thought Horizon has had CAAS for awhile (i could be wrong) but if they do then i believe that would go for all of their flights including the Jet Express for Frontier.

You are correct!

Question

I'm a bit confused. Is CAAS the same as CASS? Please don't tell me there are multiple systems out there that are therefore non-compatible with one another.
