I was out at one of the airports back home, (Dayton, Ohio), specifically MGY, and saw what I think was a Texstar Metroliner semi tore-up, I didn't write down the N number so I was unable to look it up, but the last 2 letters were TS. I heard a story a week or two ago about a metro that went through a T-storm and got spit out the bottom. Appearantlly the story is that they had a dual vac failure. Thet right wing has a pretty good crease in the wing, fuselage pretty banged up. Can any one share anything about this?

Not TexStar

True Tex-Star has had 3 fatalities and one hell of a fire ball on landing @ SAT but that Metro no longer belonged to them. I think that Metro was sold to a firm in Florida but that is the extent of my knowledge.

Anyone know if any action has resulted from the NASA investigation of 402ME on Dec. 4, 2002?

I wouldn't be surprised if some of their exemptions and deviations were suspended. If anything exhaustion got their last guy.
