Yeah professional behavior goes a long way on both sides, I have been ramped checked twice, I was always nice to the inspectors and they where always nice to me, both times I was over gross weight and neither time had I done a weight and balance, once he made me do one and once I didnt, on adding up the numbers though I knew I was over and just slanted a couple of pounds off everything. Learn my lesson though. I always did have medical, certificate, and currency in log book.
