Tamiami Motels With Good Rates

I will be spending a while in Tamiami and need a place to stay. Can anyone point me in the right direction. If they have a courtesy van that would be even better. Thanks

I know this wont help much but I'm headed down to Fort Lauderdale just as soon as my plane is put back together. I've been checking on rates and they start at $89/night and up. Seems hotel costs are double what they would be anywhere else. Maybe the FBO you'll be staying at has discounted rates along with recommendations.

Frozen, do you have the names of said hotel, and if they have airport shuttle. I am trying to get away without getting a rental car for now. Maybe we could help each other out.

FLL and TMB aren't close to each other as far as driving and hotels are concerned.

Just for future reference while I was down the La Quinta had a good deal. I think it was on Caribbean. There really are no motels right beside the airport, but they are building a Holiday Inn or something like that right now.
