I just checked out this website.

On this site, they have some awesome cockpit photos taken during flight. I am a serious amateur photographer. I have a few questions regarding this.
First, are you allowed to take photos while working as flightcrew? If so, are you allowed to do so below 10000' MSL?
Second, if you are riding jumpseat will the flying pilots get pissed if you take photos?
Third, how do you get good photos through airplane glass. Airplane glass is pretty thick. Also, it is double-paned. What about light reflection through the glass, etc.
