Ailerongirl,
Thanks, I don't head out for about six weeks. Although I can't wait to get going, I can use the time to get set up for the move and everything that comes along with it. Maybe I can squeeze in one last fishing trip! I have a feeling the next six months will be VERY busy. :D

Fortunately the company I kept and the person I was in my early twenties is nowhere near the person I am now. To say the least I'm a different person. I wouldn't wish what happened to me on my worst enemy, but it really gave me a wake up call and I'm probably better off for it in the long run.
This sounds good. Probably the best thing you could say when the question comes up. Good luck

I am glad you were successful in your interview. You have made it over a hump.
Use this opportunity to build a good report and you should have no further questions as to your character.

All the best and good luck.

ThomasR,

You can be assured I won't be closed minded and will hear somebody out if they have been through a tough situation in the past. You can't imagine how many times I've been rejected without even being able to explain myself. I've had the door slammed in my face by many companies that missed out on a heck of a good person. I'll always respect the people who have given me the chance to prove myself and you can bet when I'm in a position to give the right person the benefit of the doubt, It will be given.

BTW.....Common sense in aviation.....HA! Never come across such a thing!

Good news indeed.

Hopefully another free thinking aviator with a common sense point of view advocating freedom; working from the inside.

Happy flying.

Yer in, Dude.....Turn on the tube, order a pizza, and light up a big old fattie....

(just kidding, I couldn't resist)
