I think that was said earlier, but if not you are correct. But yeah it does not make much sense to me either. You guys are all waaaaaaaaaay off. the reason why you only open the buckets is for the "break wear" on the carbon fiber breaks. Embraer says that the carbon fiber breaks last longer when they are brought to high temps. doesnt make any sense to me..but thats what embraer says

I may have bad grammar skills, but I am not so naive as to believe that managers will be more inclined to give you a raise because you saved them sooo much money. What the managers do with our profits is disgusting. However the more money we save them, the more leverage we have when asking for a rasie. Just ask the AA guys, they want a 50% pay rasie, and they are using all of their money saving tactics as leverage.
No, that is not what I said. But it gives you a leg to stand on while entering negoations. Just as the AA pilots with APA are doing right now in section 6 talk. "So you dont want to give us a raise? Well guess it is back to two engine taxi for 'safety'."I may have bad grammar skills, but I am not so naive as to believe that managers will be more inclined to give you a raise because you saved them sooo much money.
