I know the dude that was in the backseat. It was WAY closer than 80 feet...believe me. Everyone was legal in this case. The -38 was in the MTR on altitude and the Baron was climbing out of an airport outside the route. The Baron was not squawking or at least the TCAS didn't show it in the cockpit. The funny thing is that the aircraft crossed in front of #2 in the formation and the 2 PIT IPs in #2 said nothing. Amazing footage.
