As a Delta guy, I'm along for the ride, so I know I have no say in this deal.
Our company thinks that passing out buttons is going to make a difference but we all know (or SHOULD know) that it is not up to the employees. Although Parker is apparently nice enough to send me a letter to my house about why this is such a great deal.......(Note: I am sending mine back with "REFUSED: RETURN TO SENDER")
My question being to the US East and West people.....Is anybody at your airline buying this "synergy" or "Just Better" fancy management talk???
It kinda reminds me of the old-school CEO talk of "LEGACY" and "Matrixes". They never seem to let up on the employee roller-coaster ride.....
