Just curious if anyone had any current information on Swift Aviation in PHX.

-Are there any current openings?

- What kind of schedule is it? Are you "on call," or do you get hard days off each month?
-What is the starting pay?
-How long to upgrade?

Thanks in advance for any info you can provide!

The word on the street is they are shrinking. I think some hard research is in order to save yourself potential headaches down the road.

company has shrunk from their "Exclusive Vender" days for NJA and FO. Going into their own charter business and is only operating 1 CE500, 2 CE750, 3 Boeing 737-300, and 3 Emb 145-600. If you're not type rated and in the case of the EMB's have good international experience, don't bother to apply.

Seems like they have high turnover...

I know two of their flight attendants and they are really fun to hang with.

Thats likely true of many jobs outside of the major airlines and top tier corporate jobs.. but truth be told, Swift's turnover is no worse or better than anywhere else I've worked, to include a regional, an ACMI and a LCC 121 pax.. Starting pay is a lot better than many out there too..
