GL, get a life, get a job, get laid, get off a thread about SWA. 5 posts a day for 5 years and you keep coming back, end it, don't reply, the thread will end!!

And General, puleeeeeeaaaaaassssssseeeee. A Delta dude pushing a wheelchair? Never seen it and don't suspect I ever will.

Gup

Gup,
Now you know if you ever do see one, it's the General cuz you and I both know there ain't no other high and almighty Delta pilot that would "stoop that low". Ya know what I mean????

I deliver the TRUTH. People need to know what they could have at your company, and then make an informed decision.

You do not deliver anything close to the truth. You hate SWA, have a huge chip on your shoulder and think I'm getting "personal" when I call you out.

Well that was actually a nice post. I can see where you are coming from. This really all started when I stated way back when that not everyone wanted that Southwest "productive" lifestyle, and I got slammed. It started with that.

No, it started when you decided to jump on every SWA thread and prattle on an on about what you know almost nothing about (LBB overnights and 7 leg days).

It started with that. If you want to start a thread about how SWA isn't for everyone I will join you. I, an actual SWA pilot who lives "the truth" will help you point out the bad (and the good) of working at SWA. That would be a uselful exercise and I think anybody walking through our doors ought to know what they are getting themselves into.

That has no relationship whatsoever to what you do. Jumping on every single thread with the same ridiculus half truths and falsehoods is not making FI a better place or informing the great unwashed masses with your vast knowlege. It is a feeble attempt to make your self feel better at someone else's expense. I will continue to challenge you until you choose to grow up and stop.

Eagerly awaiting your well thought out and elequent response. Or 5 one sentance posts in a row spouting more nonsense about how you are selflessly serving the FI community by parroting "LBB! Seven Legs A Day!".

A SWA pilot dies and goes to Heaven.

While waiting outside the Pearly Gates, the SWA pilot sees a group of pilots from other airlines, and they all begin talking, telling stories and generally having a wonderful discussion about airplanes, flying and how great their lives were.

Eventually, Saint Peter comes over to the group and says "Sorry Gents, we may be a little delayed getting through the gates today. It shouldn't be too long, so just relax and we'll get to you as soon as we can."

The pilots go back to their discussion and wait for the gates to open.

After more time passes, a Delta pilot walks past the group, and up to the Pearly Gates.

Saint Peter bows to the Delta Pilot, the Pearly Gates swing open with the sound of trumpets and harps. The Delta pilot walks through the Gates, which then swing shut behind him.

Seeing this, the other pilots are a bit perplexed.

They decide to elect a representative to speak to Saint Peter on the groups behalf, and see if they needed to begin a collective bargaining process.

Saint Peter smiles and nods at the representative and says "Oh I understand why you're concerned Captain, but don't worry, there's no cause for concern. You see, that wasn't a Delta pilot, that was God. He just thinks he's a Delta pilot."

However, many of your posts seem very hostile toward SWA employees and I’m not sure why.

The General is just reacting to the outright attacks that came upon him from the SWA guys when he first made a benign comment about not wanting to fly quick turns on domestic flights in a 737 for the rest of his life. It's a perfectly legitimate opinion, but as we all know, the SWA pilots are poised to attack as soon as you say anything other than "GK is God and SWA will rule the world." You can't really blame the General for becoming a little more hostile after he keeps getting attacked for merely having an opinion.

The General is just reacting to the outright attacks I am "just reacting" to GL's outright BS that came upon him from the SWA guys when he first made a benign comment more like 8000 comments about not wanting to fly quick turns on domestic flights in a 737 for the rest of his life. And this is nor what he has been saying - go back and read his drivel It's a perfectly legitimate opinion, but as we all know, the SWA pilots are poised to attack as we all know, non SWA pilots look for any excuse to make silly generisations, that are not supported by facts ... as soon as you say anything other than "GK is God and SWA will rule the world." You can't really blame the General for becoming a little more hostile after he keeps getting attacked for merely having an opinion.spare me

Your defence of the "general" is week, flat and not supported by "real" facts.
-
GL posts stupid comments about LBB and 7 legs on every single SWA thread.
- he has recently started adding comments about our oay and FAs to try and seem more balanced. But this is not how he started
- he posts this multiple times on each thread
- he posts this regardless of its relevance to the discussion
- he gets defensive and whiny when it is pointed out that he has no clue what flying for SWA is like
- he claims (and you too) that people are being "hostile" for disagreeing with him ... aren't we just posting our "opinion" too?

What the general does is NOT the posting of opinion. He is attempting to put others down based on his very poor understanding of what their company is like and what he precieves as an advantage.

I, for one, have decided not to tolorate this behavior. I will continue to post my opinion that GL is polluting FI with his drivel and that he misrepresents SWA flying. If that makes me "hostile" then you need much thicker skin (how many screen names do you have GL?)

Dude, you are a total tool. Really, quit being such a whiner and know that many people just don't want to do what you do. Really, I am trying to let this go, but you are making it really tough. Go enjoy your 5 legs today across the country to somewhere that is not interesting and don't enjoy a long layover there because LBB is waiting for you.

And PCL 128, thanks for understanding me. That is exactly what has happened here. I don't hate SWA pilots, rather I just wouldn't want to do what they do, except the pay part which hopefully will come back someday.

Bye Bye--General Lee

What a sad little person, average over 5 posts per day every day for 5 years, what better proof could you have that the man has no life...

END THREAD.

Great, but your average is OFF. I average 30 posts each time I get on here, which totally screws up your theory. But, I have a theory about you---you don't really know much, but you think you are cool.

I see GL point, going to LBB with our DAL based FAs who will tell you how many drinks they are going to have before they take you to your room to bang your brains out is way overrated. I much rather fly for Delta where they fly with FAs who hate the pilots and stay at a differnt hotel.

PS The Delta FAs sure love the SWA pilots :)

That was hilarious, I'm sure even General agrees...

Now, aren't you contradicting yourself here just a tad? If they really "loved" SWA pilots that much, would they really need a drink first before "banging your brains out?"

I'd hate to be the guy who hears: "let's see, I'm gonna have 6, no 10, no I gotta have 14 drinks before I bang your brains out!"

Sorry couldn't resist. ;)

HA That makes me think of the FA mating joke.

Do you know what the FAs mating call is?

answer. I am soooo drunk

Dude, you are a total tool. Very grown up response Really, quit being such a whiner like how you are? WA WA Ivauir is responding to my posts WA WAand know that many people just don't want to do what you do. Give it up - get off of SWA threads and go fix your own company.

Huh? Say what? Ordering me off SWA threads is not nice. Sounds like you are one of those ex-Colonols from the Air Force who likes to try to boss around Captains..... Nah, I think I will stick around and always add my own commentary. And, my company is doing a lot better, we are hiring, and we are growing. Things here can only get better, and we know that. You have fun in Midland. Bu-bye.

Nice try "general" - no kernal here. As long as your "commentary" consists of veiled put downs and misrepresnetations of SWA I will challenge you. Too bed you are so weak you take it personaly. You feeble attempts will not intimidate me or shut me me. Why don't you pay another 10 bucks and make up a new personality to agree with you?

Wow, you sound like a gawd or something....? My Feeble attempts to TARNISH the Southwest name...blah blah blah. Hey noodle, I only stated that not everyone wants to fly for your airline or fly your type of flying. Many want the chance to fly larger equipment and see the World on someone elses dime. Get over it sizzle chest. And in the above, who is "me me" and NO I will NOT go to bed with you. No, I have to say NO.(I am married, to a WOMAN--and she is hot) Enjoy Harlingen.
