Due to rumored Mexican and other "near International" destinations, I try int'l ICAO identifiers in our FIX page each time our databases update. As of the trip I just finished, we now have Mexican airport ID's and VOR's. Last database did not have them. Something in the mix? I loves me some Margaritas!

PS. no Canadian or Carribean destinations pop up.
