SWA operates to seek the lowest cost. When SEA came to SWA and said we are raising rates they refused to sign a long term agreement. Other carriers made some noise, but ultimately signed an agreement. DFW had Delta on the hook for the new terminal, but let them escape their agreement. Why should SWA be held responsible for other airlines and airports bad business decisions?
