SWA problems updating online?

I have not been able to update my hours on the SWA online app. for over a week. I put the times in and they take at first, but when I log off to make sure they are still there, it has my old times again. I have tried everyday for over a week and it still does it. I was hoping the site would fix itself, but no luck. Is anyone else having this problem, and if so how do we notify SWA?

I updated mine yesterday and just went to double check all was OK after reading your post. Mine updated fine. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Call the PD on Monday, I'm sure they won't mind. Good Luck.

For some reason I could not update when I used Internet Explorer, but I went through Mozilla and it worked just fine.

Thanks for the respone. It must be something with my computer.

Tonto--I've had the same problem. I had to submit it 5 times before it saved correctly.

Ha Ha....my virus worked....nobody but me can update! Oh how I wish that were true. But I updated today successfully. Go figure.
