Anybody else having trouble paying there bills at the end of the month?

The end of the month? Hell, I'm in the hole after the first week.

Most of those SWA chest thumper don't get it.

I know how lucky I am.

Lucky

Your lucky to have a job, so to me, that dosen't sound like job security from your end. Want to share where your at since you cast stones at employees from another airline all the time.

Atleast GL has the balls to back up his claims from a comparison perspective.

Suits travel during recessions because they have too. Laid off tanks tops don't travel during recessions.

Yeah, because recessions never effect businesses.

Funny thing is, SWA has not only survived during the last 3 recessions; they actually THRIVED during them.

Show me one other carrier that has gobbled up that much market share while all the other carriers have been bleeding red ink.

It was interesting to see that LUV posted a $165 million profit last quarter, with fuel hedges bringing in $183 million. Without good hedging, it looks like LUV would be around $20 million in the red. Am I right on this? Thank gawd you have hedging. Good job for that.

Bye Bye--General Lee

General, I gave you credit for being smarter than that. Guess I was wrong. The accounting is a little deeper than that. BAke
