SWA seems to grow best when others are contracting. They'll be positioning to fill whatever capacity the others voluntarily give up, and take even more market share.

Good luck to those out of the pool. The bottom of the list at SWA is a lot better place to be right now that with a good number at a lot of other places!

Guys and Gals... Looks like SWA is calling poolies NOT in order of what was listed on the "accidental" email list last year.

I am on the 6/10 pool date, my buddy, who is also a 6/10 pool date but right below me in the pool order was called Friday by my SWA representative; Ms. Jacson. No call so far for me... I emailed the PD on Tuesday last week, have yet to receive a reply...

There is an age senority order also I believe that have the same date, I am also speculating that individuals who had the type that interviewed that day might have an edge, I am just speculating of course. Don't worry we will all be there before you know it. :beer:

Anyone has a good information as to this situation and would like to share... I would be very appreciative.

Ronna called me on Friday. I also was told that same-pool-dates go in order of age...older goes first. The email list was not in that order because the guy right behind me on that list is in the 4/23 class.

If you have a 6/10 date then I suspect that you would definitely be in the 5/14 class. If you haven't heard something by the end of the week, I'd call and ask. I get a much better response from phone calls/voice messages than from emails.

Thanks for the information people. But I do not think age is consider either... if you have the same pool date. My buddy is younger than me and got call already.

I give PD another day and then I will call to find out.
