Swa Pic Time

i know it has been asked a million times. i don't know how to use the search feature. i flunked that part.

Q: how much pic turbne is competitive at swa, assuming one has a 737 type, and a useless 5000 hours in a 727, applied once at swa and was told to get more current pic time?

Q: where does one get current pic time without giving up a number at one company to go to another to go to swa in the end?

I think they've interviewed at around 1300-1500 with type. Usually it's around 2000+.
