Must be a glitch in SWA PD's on-line app.

I've been unable to do my early April updates of my application resume' on the SWA website. It seems that I input all the new times and dates correctly and save them normally and then I logout. When I log back on to check that the new information has been updated, I am finding that it hasn't - nothing has changed.

Anyone else having this problem this weekend?

I'll try again later in the week when I get back from flying.

Try updating just a couple of fields on the app and then logging out and back in. I have heard of this with a couple of people and it was usually a problem with just one field.

Check your pm's.
 
I have had this happen but then after a few days I reenter and it doesn't reoccur. It seems to be related to overloading of the server at various times... I haven't had this problem in over a month.
 
Make sure you hit the "done" button before you save your info. It was slower than pond water the other day, so i wouldn't be surprised if it was overloaded...I had to start over because it timed out once...grrrrr!
