I have a couple of questions on how SWA employees nonrev.

1. How do you check loads and list for flights?

2. How and where do you buy ID90s?

3. Any word on joining the new ZED (Zoned Employee Discount) fare structure?

4. How many buddy passes do you get per year, and how are they priced?

5. Are the buddy passes that you get for perfect attendance in addition to the regular buddy passes?

6. How do your standby boarding priorities work?

Thanks in advance!!

1. We have two dedicated phone numbers one is automated
one connects us to an actual person. Last week the company
rolled out a system that allows us to list via the net.

2. Offline ID90s are either purchased via our pass bureau
or at the OAL's ticket counter depending on the negotiated
agreement.

3. All of our on-line pass travel is free of charge for employees
and eligible dependents.

4. 8 buddy passes per year. 2 for each quarter of Perfect Attendance
they are free of charge.

5. No. The only other type of "buddy" pass we have is the companion
pass program that allows single employees to give a designated
"Companion" 4 round trips per year. The taxes on each pass are around
30 bucks. Married/Partnered employees are not eligible

6. Among employees, it is first come first serve. Seniorty is not part of the
equation.

We are now able to list and check loads online. This is hot off the press!!

There is somewhat of a priority when flying standby on SWA. That is if a family member is traveling with an employee then they have priority over family members traveling without the employee. If the employee is on the jumpseat or 4th (the extra F/A seat) then the family members are considered to be traveling without the employee. Also anyone on an employee/ family pass has priority over someone traveling on an incentive pass. Other than that it is first come first served. First come first served also applies to jumpseat and 4th.
