SWA LOI's

I have heard many times about the LOIs in the interview. An interviewee is placed in a paper tiger w/ 2 interviewers and given a 'Scenario' to work out.
Could all of you previous interviewers please share what your 'Scenario' was and how you resolved it. Thanks.

They have respectfully asked us to not discuss it. It's nothing more than any sim or LOFT you have done with our company. Just with a twist or two.

They ask we not discuss specifics, but based on your civilian profile it is nothing a Part 121 captain doesn't do everyday... manage a crew and the resources of an airline to provide for a positive outcome of the flight. You'll find it simple.
