I know this probably belongs in some other forum but, I read that Southwest prefers you wear a coat and tie or uniform when jumpseating. Has anyone had problems in dress pants and button down shirt with no tie. Just curious. Thanks in advance.

No, never had a problem getting on in just business casual. Southwest is awesome to jump on. Their gate agents and flight crews are some of the friendliest in the business.
