Waiting for a class

I invertiewed in early sept., typed in early nov and got the call for a Jan 10th class on the 15th of Dec.

So you got put to the back of the OCt DB people since you got the type after the DB. That is good, so the Nov DB folks should be getting the call soon. They must be done with OCT DB people (those with types or those that got it before the Nov DB)

sorry to stray a bit but if your refs are checked is that good or does evrybody get their refs checked, if its good what could make them say no at the db.

Generally having the ref's called is a good sign, but it's not a guarantee of getting "the call"

I've had several friends get the ref's called and still not get hired, but the only people who know for sure why that happens are the Chief Pilots who sit on the Board.
