SWA interview

I have an interview in May with SWA and I was wondering if someone who has interviewed recently could give me some insight to the new CRM based scenario that they are doing now. I have some pretty good info on the standard TUAAT questions but I am not finding much on the scenario portion of the interview. Any help?

I interviewed in March and to prepare for the LOI I contacted Albie at www.emeraldcoastinterviewconsulting.com. He's the man for Fedex interview prep and Fedex has used something very similar to the LOI for quite some time now. Albie doesn't have a list of SWA scenarios but he will teach you some CRM skills that will be useful for the LOI and for your next flight. I felt pretty comfortable with the LOI because Albie gave me a good plan to apply to whatever situation I was given. Albie also gave me some help with the one-on-one interviews.

I also did interview prep with Craig Thornton since he's the guy for SWA prep and he did an excellent job. I felt prepared but not 'rehearsed' and am fortunate enough to be "continuing the process".
