Be aware that there are two Radisson Hotels nearby. Oddly enough the "Radisson Love Field" is not the one that SWA is referring to in their letter. I stayed there not realizing this. It is an OK hotel perhaps cheaper than the other one. It has free internet in the rooms and a couple workstations in the lobby. The bed however was rock hard. Also if you need to travel via DFW (if you have the misfortune to not have a SWA city near you) they don't provide a shuttle though the other Radisson does so figure that into your costs). Both have a free shuttle to SWA.

Just wondering which hotel is best for the interview? They give 3 suggestions in the packet:

Renaissance
Radisson
Holiday Inn Select

Do I set up my own travel on SWA for the interview. Kim said they provide round trip travel but no more information. Is my name in reservaton system & I just call to set it up? Thanks! Super Excited...

It will all be explained in you packet. I believe all you have to do is show up at any SWA ticket counter with your interview letter and they will set up your reservation. Give them some time though, some agents might not know how to do this right away. Most people in training stay at the renassiance, call early to get the SWA rate, and for the morning of the interview set up your shuttle time.

Renaissance = great hotel, possbile good networking in the bar, no choice in food.

Radisson = good hotel, tons of food nearby

Holiday Inn Select = good hotel, free Wi-Fi, possible good networking in the bar, some food nearby.
