For what it is worth R.K. from the people dept told the HPA class today that they were interviewing folks with 1700 PIC, 737 Typed, and a 4 year degree.
She said they are calling a mix of all backgrounds. She said there are always exceptions, but this is the "Profile" that is getting the interview calls.
A.W. (People dept team leader) said the same thing last week, and also that SWA's "Profile" of 1700TPIC would be lower as hiring continues.
