Greetings all, I have been trying to update my on line application to, as luck would have it, check the box for the 73 type and have been given this internal server error message for the past couple days. Has anyone else been having this problem?, thanks.

Same issue here. I just wanted to update my times and it would not let me do it. Hopefully this is a short term problem.

This has been happening for about a month. The people department is having the same problem accessing our applications. It is the luck of the draw to get the update completed. The SWA IT department is aware of the problem and have concluded it is an internal server problem. They are in the process of fixing it. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

It means they are not going to accept your 737 type, so you may as well not bother applying. Move along. Forget about SWA. :D

Seriously, though...I get that on occasion when updating(happened twice out of many updates). Usually the next day it works fine.

That would be my luck, I could just see it now....."Dear Applicant"
