Has anyone used the online application process? How long does it take for them to acknowledge receipt?

You should get a thank you screen once you complete the app. If not, log out, then log back in to verify that you saved your hours, etc. If the hours are there, you are in the system. Just log in as often as you want to update flight hours, etc.
