So I am still swimming waiting on the decision board. I would love to find out
more about the scheduling of SWA. i.e. days on, what are trips and how do they compare to hours?,
vacation, per diem, bidding, sick time, etc. any help would be appreciated.

Trip pay is a complicated forumula based upon distance and time, but the officially accepted conversion factor is one hour equals 1.1393 trips. The perdiem rate is 2.15 . Sick leave accrues at 10% of trips earned and vacation is one week in the first year and slides to a maximum of 5 weeks at 18 years of service.
