I was hired at SWA almost 5 years ago. Back then if you did not pass the interview you recieved a letter about a week after the interview. Had a friend just interview and was wondering if this is still the process, and what the process is if it has changed. Thanx!
 
That can still happen, but it's not necessarily true in all cases.
 
Letters do not usually go out until after the decision board meets. Usually about a month after the interview, give or take. If your friend calls the PD they can probably tell him when his board is scheduled to meet.
