Can any of you guys chime in on what you pay a month for a family and what your deductable is if any? Any other airlines please feel free to share what your costs are also. I ask as our company is going to stick it to us for the 2006 plan year and I am looking for numbers to have to take to mgmt.

I am in the PPO, and the monthly costs are as follows...............

Employee $0

Employee + Spouse $17

Employee + Child(ren) $10

Employee + Family $20 (My Plan)

Individual Deductable $200 Family $300

United Health Care is the Provider

I am in the Regular Plan and the monthly cost for myself, spouse, and dependents is zero. The plans pays 80% after the deductible , which is $200 per person. Once we pay $2500 for the family, including the deductible, the plan pays 100%

If I am reading canyonblue's post correctly a single person at swa w/no kids pays nothing for health insurance? Hopefully I am - I'm in the pool and I definetly like $0 a month for health insurance. My current job is running me $90 a month.
