First Six Months: $17.46
Second Six Months: $17.70
Second Year: $21.10
Third Year: $22.28

These numbers are good through June of this year...that's when the first COLA increase of the new contract kicks in.

thanks........ but is that roughly "hourly"..... i see from the SWA site that it is "per trip".... how many "trips" is average for a month?? my friend wants to know roughly what they would make first year, so what is an average multiplier for that $17 something figure?? thanks again.

New hires hold a line their first month then sit 5 months of straight reserve. Reserve guarantee is 78-102 TFP. The average bid line pays around 100TFP. With per diem the average first year pay is in the low to mid 20s.
