Does your medical have to be a current first class medical...within 6 months, or can you have a original first class medical that's past the 6 months? Thanks, A Weiner.

Must possess a current FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate. Must pass FAA mandated Drug Test

have a first class medical day 1 of ground school
get a first class medical every 12 months thereafter
