They do hire without a degree, 7% non-degreed from the last report I saw. It has nothing to do with flying an airplane or who you are asa person. SWA knows that. Why do most pilot being hired have degrees? Because most pilots applying have degrees.
Anyone know how important the 4 year degree is to Southwest?
I've talked with several guys lately that have been called for interviews, a couple even with out the type, that have been called with much less experience than me (total time, turbine PIC, etc...).
