Hey guys,

Is there a link anywhere online to see the Southwest Airlines pilot contract? I am trying to get info on pilot compensation at SWA and can't seem to find it using Google or other search engines.

Thanks!

To wet your appetite a little more, the Sunday Washington Post stated that SWA pilots are among the highest paid in the 737

Anyone know if the pay rates on that website are hourly or the swa trip (leg?) pay. If it is the trip pay what is the conversion for one trip vs. one hour of pay? Not that it matters for now - just dreaming.:p

Those are per trip. I read in a post that a trip is slightly under an hour. So converting trip pay to hourly pay gives you a higher number. trip x 1.19 = appx hourly is what I think ive seen.

Im sure someone else can clarify.

And do the math gumby, its true.

The conversion is TFP x 1.1393 = hourly rate

Also when looking for current rates scroll down to the bottom to get the new rates per our extension.
