SWA classes

Just wondering in case anyone knew, If SWA runs 2 classes in 1 month when do they normally start the first class? Is it the wednesday of the first week, or will they start the first 1 on the middle of the month? thanks

Classes start on Wednesdays now.

Flight Operations continues to analyze our Pilot manning needs for the remainder of the year. We had a New Hire Pilot class of 20 start this past Wednesday the 16th and there are two firm classes planned for March 9th and April 6th with 16 and 24 Pilots respectively.

Again thanks for the news, Interviewed on the 23 of sept, So it looks like I have a good chance of being in the next class. Just trying to plan my life accordinly. Thanks for all the info, But I guess nothing is final until I'm actually in Dallas. thanks

Sounds like we may be getting to the end of the September group. Any guesses on how many were hired in October?

How many days of interviews were there? I know of 14,19, 20 and 21.

Last firm info is 1 class of 16 in March, 1 class of 24 in April. Then likely back on a 2 a month pace to total mid 400's for the year. All could change if additional airplanes are aquired.
