What bases have been assigned to people in this spring's SWA classes?

About how long is it taking a new hire to get from OAK to say PHX?

What criteria are used to assign domiciles? Age?

Thanks for the info.

Don't quote me, but looking at system seniority, the new guys are going to Oak, MDW, and BWI. It is based strictly on seniority, but seniority within you training class is via age, so that helps the older guys a little. Time to get from Oak to PHX, who knows, but with the new hiring, I would say 3-6 months. Could be less, probably not much longer though.

PHX

You are ALL welcome to PHX WHENEVER you can get here!!:D

Being 15 from the bottom is SO much fun!!!

FYI- after 11 months of commuting from PHX to OAK, it took 2 vacancy bids to get PHX. IF the trend continues, I would say 2-4 classes would be enough to move you from OAK to PHX.

Nice to be OFF probation.... I am finally almost dry, yes, it really took 12 month to get all of the waterlogged tissues to drain completely!!!!

It sure was nice seeing all of the Blue Suits in DAL going through the interview process.... AND the hotel is FULL of newbies going to class..... AHHhhh yes, the sweet smell of freshly trained pilots was in the air.

Welcome aboard - you WILL enjoy the job - it ROCKS!

Regards - Tred
