SWA base availability

Does anyone please have any information on base availability for New Hires coming out of training......How long would it take to be able to choose Houston as a Domicile? Thank you in advance....

How's OAK sound?

The last two classes went entirely to OAK! Kind of a shock to me but they did. Of course they will be able to go to other bases rather quickly most likely, just lots of folks leaving OAK for whatever reasons so holes have to fill.

For BWI & MDW expect to get there within 2 months after IOE or less. Most of the time there are a few of those slots available for each new class but that trend has stopped with the last 2 classes. MCO will take 4-5 months along with PHX probably taking the same amount of time +- a month. HOU will take 6-7 months, DAL 15-18 months. Fast moving ball game so things will change. Just a snapshot in time. I will try to get seniority numbers at each base for the junior most person in April so you can see for yourself. Hope that helps.
