The new hire parties are primarily the responsibility of the previous class. When there were many classes in the schoolhouse, things just kinda built on themselves. I know my classmates and I attended four parties after ours. Because of that, we got pretty proficient at it. They tried to tone us down a little too, but all you have to do is take it down to the bar and continue.

And its not the KookAid you need to worry about.
