Hello,

I just got my 1000 PIC turbine (Regional RJ). I have been trying to apply online but everytime I get done with a section and go on the next, I cannot save anything. I went through the whole app and finished. When I went back to edit, the only thing left was my name and address on the first page. This has been going on with me for 2 weeks.... Any suggestions? I also get internal server error quite often and have to start over from the beginning....

Thanks for any info or help!

Look very closely at each page on the application and make sure you are not missing one of the required fields. I had the same problem right after the system came out last year. Mine was on the last page I believe. The system simply will not file the app unless every block is filled. Once you have a file created you can then edit it on a page by page basis. It is extremely frustrating because you have to start over each time. I lost mine at least 3 maybe 4 times and even contacted the People department who very nice but unable to help. I guess they figured if I couldn't work the computerized app I didn't have a chance with the FMS.

Look closely.

Hope this helps.

This has been happening for about a month. The people department is having the same problem accessing our applications. It is the luck of the draw to get the update completed. The SWA IT department is aware of the problem and have concluded it is an internal server problem. They are in the process of fixing it. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
