On a more serious note, my heart sank when I first saw the initial post as it looked ominous, glad it sounds like a simple pack problem. Kind of shows the serious nature of our line of work and how we are all more alike than different. This string also is a pretty good example of how rumors get going in this industry.
To the SWA folks, glad it's minor.

That's what I heard. Kind of a big deal. No story in the news and I'm not sure if the FAA is gone for the fourth. SWA gets away with a lot. If they get clipped, short boeing and SWA, the 300 could be grounded for a long time. The 717 pilots will be headed to the FOX theater for a 1 day indoc and SWA can start printing ID's.

It would be comical if the little POS airline that brought nothing to the table suddenly had to save SWA.


Speaking of "wise" cracks, just read this on yahoo. It doesn't have anything to do with -300, but the 717's.
