Anyone ever get a personal email from SW HR asking you to update your app with them?

No never, had. But I did get an e-mail for my interview invite. It did not have a subject line and I almost deleted it thinking it was spam!

That would have been a huge mistake.

I got the same invite via email. Mine however went straight to my spam folder. Make sure you check the contents of that folder once in awhile. I have heard however, that they will call you if they don't hear back from you after a reasonable amount of time.

Ditto on the e-mail invite. Phone calls will follow. Make sure your "subject" line stretches out far enough to read it all. Diane Empting is the PD rep that sent mine. No SWA/Southwest in the senders info...

I recieved the same e-mail saying update your application in Jan. I didn't hear anything for 6 months after constant updates, got the type and I will be interviewing in Sept. The e-mail they sent me went to my spam folder and I never checked it, but Diane called 3 days later.
