Yes, Tom Petters is interested in buying Sun Country. Some of the current investors want out and Petters is rumored to want a majority stake in the company. He is currently doing his due diligence(sp?) on the company and will say yes or no to the deal within 60 days. He currently owns part of Fingerhut and also bought the Polaroid company about a year ago for just over 400 million. It was in the local MSP newspapers, if you want to check it out.
