I am in the process of writing policy, and the procedure for our company. I would suggestions, what do you like about one companies procedure and don't like about another's. What do you like about one companies jumpseat website and what don't you like about the others. I am trying to make it as user friendly as possible, and it will be open for all CASS participants at this point. Post the idea's, PM me if like. I want the information.
