LOL, so how many pilots out there are going to go out and buy the i-phone? Gee, I guess crews can now see the wx and determine that there is no more need for a ground delay program. EWR has a program every fricken day, wx or not.
Wondering what crews think of commercial.

It's just a commercial aimed at the average consumer. Real world, the iphone probably isn't the answer to a New York ground delay.

Cool device though. If I could get an unlocked one that was updatable I'd buy it immediately.

Simon Bar Sinister is a great bad guy. If I had an i-Phone I'd watch Underdog episodes on YouTube during the delay. If a pax asked what the problem was I'd offer to let them check out Sweet Polly Purebred.
