Cliff,

If you want to be reminded of African weather, hang out in STL in July or August. I have never sweat so much as I have in STL in the summer. Could not be more humid at times - and the shade don't help... Add the frequent tornado outbreaks in the area and STL is just not so appealing - at least from my perspective.

And guess what, 6 months later the weather is bone-chilling cold! Surprise!!!!

That's why you can buy a nice house in STL cheaper than a family car.

I read though somewhere that the Chinese have taken a lot of interst in STL as a strategic point in the U.S for trade. They're hoping for a business boom the next couple of years.

seriously the need to bulldoze Lambert.....Id rather drink out of a used condom than walk through that a piece of ******************** the concourses look like an eastern european warzone.
Jblu should think about MCI...much nicer place...almost an entire concourse unused right now.

Come on, STL is not as bad as you make it out to be. And MCI has the worst airport terminals ever conceived by man. Who ever designed them was obviously insane.
