airludy- here's an example of what we're looking for.

Attention all pilots,
Stay away from Blue Ridge aviation at (VCB) Vacaville, CA. The owner is a slimeball because:
-If you have money in an account there, funds mysteriously disappear.
-If you take your money out of your account there is some bogus fee for doing so.
-There are numerous issues about maintence including a V-tail bonanza they were renting with corosion on the tail and a 172 that is way out of rig that won't get fixed.
-I've heard many bad things from CFIs that used to work there.

hey man, I had a really bad experience at 7-11 once. I really can't talk about it, but, don't anyone ever spend any money there.....

Here, let me take a stab at it:

Don't work for XYZ, they suck. Management wants us to starve and all of the planes to crash 'cuz all they want is the money!!!!!!!

They only pay me $2.31 an hour and even though I knew that's what they paid when I applied and that's still what they paid when I got hired 5 years ago, I'm still pissed. And now [insert initials of chief pilot] sent out a memo saying we can't walk around the FBO with our johnson hanging out. That's just BS!!!!! If we're off duty, they can't tell me what to do with my johnson.

We're gonna STFD!!!! That'll show 'em!
