Shrek, when did you bail out of Hulasland?

Congrats! If you are in Vegas, maybe we will run into each other.

I wish! I am FAR from getting hired there. I thought this could be the get in w/o jet PIC place and never commute again... but I guess mins are only mins here as well just like most places.

Saviboy you will have a blast you Frenchy fries :) I will call you later!

I heard that if you have a DTW-area address you have a better chance of an interview. Anyone have any knowledge of this? I'm trying anything possible to get closer to home (MI), and Spirit is # 1 on the list right now. I just can't get a d_mn call! :(

Thanks in advance!

frapper,

yes, the close-to-base addresses have always garnered attention. I guess they figure a non-commuting new-hire is a happy new-hire...

How's your time? You've got 5000+ listed, which is fine; how's the turbine PIC? As of recently, CP has said that 1000 turbine/PIC is a must...I don't know if that's officially in print anywhere.

I have a friend that I was trying to get in the door for months with no call; he hit his 1000 and had a call/interview/classdate within weeks.

Hope that helps.

That would certainly explain it. I wasn't aware of the 1000 turbine PIC requirement. I was hoping to slip in with just the general 1000 pic. It took me 6 yrs to upgrade at ASA, so I've only just begun to build the 121pic. Ah well...

I guess I'll talk to y'all in about a year! ;)

Thanks again!
