I honestly believe it's a bad move for the 6 Riddler's. I'm sure they were the top of their class with grades and interviewed very well. Now they sell themselves short and end up at Spirit. ( no offense Spirit guys but you're not FedEx or UPS) They would have done better to go to a regional that upgrades quickly get some turbine PIC and move on to a 1st tier job. Instead they will sit for a long time as FOs. The idea is to get where you want to retire from as quickly as possible so you can build longevity and seniority.
